Situated just few steps from the Indian Ocean of Berawa Beach on Bali’s southwest coast amidst rice paddies field, the beautiful villa Legenda offers a captivating blend of luxury, privacy and exemplary service. This villa is located only 10 minutes drive from the trendy Seminyak area, yet it has a fascinating feeling of rural Bali. The Denpasar International Airport is 30 minutes away.

Legenda was designed by the internationally acclaimed Balinese architect Popo Danes who has been honored with numerous awards for his efforts in enriching Balinese contemporary architecture and preserving the heritage of both Bali and Indonesia.

Once entering its door step, the Living Room offers a sweeping vista of the pool, gardens and adjacent rice fields. Cooled by ceiling fans and natural ventilation, it is characterized by an Indian slate floor and a soaring vaulted ceiling, the room is exquisitely furnished with cream leather sofas, chairs and bar stools, and at the centre piece is an impressive iron chandelier. At the corner, there is a polished granite party bar with fridge and sink, and a round table with chairs for intimate dining.

A stairway leads down to the Dining Room, located on ground level next to the pool terrace. The room is furnished with three meter long table which seats ten, a sideboard and a pair of 24-light standing candelabra. The ceiling features cove lighting and specialty lighting for the stunning art works which adorn the walls. Folding glass doors offer guests cool alfresco dining and the ambience is enhanced by water sounds emanating from adjacent ornamental ponds, water spouts and bubbling urns. A timber bridge traverses a pond between the Dining Room and the immaculate Service Kitchen.

At Villa Legenda, there is a wide choice of areas for dining and entertaining. The balconies and verandas are positioned to maximize the panoramic views and the cooling tropical breezes. Further more, guests will be soothed by the rhythmic sounds of breaking ocean waves.
